I came to Kissimmee-Orlando six and one-half years ago from Torrington, Connecticut with my wife Christine. We came here for the beautiful weather and a less stressful lifestyle.
Relocating from one country to another was very intimidating and adjustments had to be made. Where were we going to live? What would the schools be like? How hot are the summers? How close are the nearest grocery stores? Where can I find a good doctor? All these concerns went through my mind. I know from my own personal experience that it can be a daunting task to move away from everything that is familiar, to the unknown.
