You can also see a detailed Good Faith Estimate reflecting the closing costs, escrows, cash to close, etc. that would represent the same information a mortgage company would give you if you walked into their office and made application. From here you can also apply on-line and the e-mail would be sent directly to me which I will than forward to various lenders. It doesn't get any easier than that!

PRE-QUALIFY
This module allows you to build the parameters of what you would qualify for based upon the loan amount requested, your income, and your existing debts. It indicates a basis for determining your ability to qualify and offers additional info as to what loan size you would qualify for using general debt ratios. We are aware that automated underwriting does not necessarily use specific ratios, yet we feel this will help you if are seeking a mortgage.
