New Home Communities in Central Florida

There are still a few pre-construction communities available in Central Florida. Most of these communities have extensive waiting lists. My best advice in shopping for a new home offering pre-construction pricing is to bring a Realtor with you. I am familiar with many of the communities and builders and I can help you achieve your desired home for less money AND with a lot less trouble later on. I'm sure you'll agree, it's one thing choosing your dream home with all your desired features. HOWEVER it's quite another story getting those details done right and on time. Remember the builder will be paying the Realtor's commission, not you. You should also know that the commission paid is NOT an additional fee added onto the price of your home.
